You can report your loss to your agent or call the First Home Claims division directly at                   1-800-488-8141. Please have the following information available:

• Policy number
• Date and time of loss
• Facts of the loss
• Type of damage
• Contact information: home; cell; business. If you have temporarily relocated, provide us the best number to reach you.

Upon notice of your loss, a claim number will be assigned to you. A claim examiner will be assigned to your claim and will serve as your point of contact to answer any questions throughout the claim. Your claim examiner will explain your policy coverages and the claim handling process so you will know what to expect from us. Additionally, a field adjuster will be assigned to inspect the damages to your home. The field adjuster will provide a detailed report to your claim examiner who, in turn, will review it with you.
